12 Days Giveaway Terms of Service
Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to all residents of Canada.
Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of AquaOmega are not eligible to participate.
Entry:
The giveaway begins on December 11th, 2023, and ends on December 22nd, 2023.
Participants need to enter once to be eligible for each daily draw during the 12-day period.
Entry into the grand prize draw on the 12th day automatically includes eligibility for daily draws.
No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.
Winner Selection:
Daily winners for the gift card will be chosen randomly each day during the 12-day period.
The grand prize winner, valued at over $800, will be selected on the 12th day.
Winners will be announced on the AquaOmega instagram page and will be notified via email.
Prize:
Daily prizes consist of a gift card ($15 for AquaOmega Online).
The grand prize is valued at over $800 and includes:

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Notification and Claiming the Prize:
Winners will be notified via email.
Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Mailing List and Sponsor Contact:
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be added to the mailing list of AquaOmega and sponsors for potential feedback or future promotions.
Publicity Rights:
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow AquaOmega and sponsors to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

AquaOmega reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the giveaway.

Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and may be shared with sponsors for promotional purposes.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
Agreement:
Participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions by entering the giveaway.
